This survey is available during certain months of the year and is accessed via Member Hub after a member has logged into their account. Email notifications also will be delivered to all members.

2Oracle Academy monitors access to the Oracle Academy Cloud Program. Oracle Academy members requesting cloud accounts may require additional validation. Oracle reserves the right to reject any requests that are deemed unreasonable at Oracle’s sole discretion.

3Active members are licensed through their Oracle Academy Institutional membership agreement for the products listed on the Software Page.

4Approved Institutional members are licensed for specific Oracle applications programs as specified in the email they receive from Oracle Academy confirming their approval for the applications program licenses.

5Approved Institutional member faculty may request licenses for up to 200 Oracle Cloud accounts at any given time under the terms of their Oracle Academy NetSuite Addendum or, if the member has not executed an Oracle Academy NetSuite Addendum, the terms listed below in the section entitled Oracle Academy NetSuite Supplemental Terms shall apply. Accounts are provisioned on a first-come, first-served basis, are available for 90 days following account creation, and cannot be renewed or extended. NetSuite approved faculty members may request NetSuite accounts for each academic term in which they are offering a course that will utilize NetSuite. At this time, NetSuite is available only to members located in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States.

6SuiteAnswers and the NetSuite Help Center are accessible only through active NetSuite Cloud accounts.

7License for the NetSuite LCS Pass is granted to registered OA faculty members solely for limited classroom use per the Oracle Academy Institution Agreement and faculty members will be required to accept the NetSuite LCS Pass terms, including those at http://www.netsuite.com/termsofservice. However, additional restrictions apply:
1. Faculty may not share NetSuite LCS Pass credentials with students.
2. Faculty may incorporate limited portions of NetSuite LCS Pass content, screenshots, and content elements into classroom curriculum (including classroom projection, handouts, printed materials, and hosted learning platforms). Excessive use of LCS content for classroom use, including the use of entire chapters, may result in revocation of the NetSuite LCS Pass.
